Unless otherwise arranged check in is at 3pm on your check in date and is at 10am on your check out date.
Each home has a unique rental fee and rental fees differ depending on the demand. A deposit is collected at check in and returned upon a satisfactory check out. This is a family beach in an ecologically sensitive area. Please, no large parties, no glass on the beach, no under age drinking, no illegal drugs and proper attire is required. We encourage our guests to be respectful and leave no trace. Make sure everything you bring to the beach leaves with you.
